Gatwick Airport

Gatwick Airport consists of two terminals; the South and North Terminal – these are connected both by a monorail service and by road. They are situated about two miles apart by road. The monorail is the most direct route and takes only a few minutes. At both the South and North Terminals, your Driver will meet you by the Airport Information Desk, which is sign-posted within the Terminal. Your Driver will be holding a meet and board with your name and flight details clearly printed. You will be provided with the name and contact number of your Driver. There will be many drivers standing around waiting to collect passengers, but please note that your Driver will be standing by the Information Desk. If in the unlikely event you are unable to see the Driver, call the Duty Manager or ask at the desk if they could make an announcement on the airport’s loud speaker informing the Driver of your name and whereabouts so that the Driver can find you.

If you arriving at one of the seaports please click on the appropriate port that you will be disembarking at from those links listed below:

Dover Seaport – Cruise Terminal
There are two exits if disembarking at Terminal 1 in which case you will have to call your Driver to give details as to which exit you are heading for.
If you are disembarking from Terminal 2 you will easily see your Driver who will be holding a clearly printed meet and greet board with your name.

Harwich Seaport – Cruise Terminal
As you disembark make your way to the Arrivals Lounge where your Driver will be waiting to greet you with a clearly printed meet and greet board with your name.

Southampton Seaport – Cruise Terminal
Southampton has four cruise terminals; the Mayflower, City, Ocean and the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII). Southampton can be an extremely busy port, with all four terminals receiving cruise liners at the same time. Your Driver will meet you outside and will be holding a clearly printed meet and greet board with your name. You will be provided with your Driver’s mobile number if you are experiencing any difficulties.

Railway Stations
Our Drivers regularly drop off and pick up clients at Eurostar, Euston, Kingscross, Paddington, St Pancreas, Victoria, Waterloo and other London stations. You will be provided with your Driver’s mobile number and arrangements will be made beforehand to meet you at a specific area in relation to the station you are arriving at. If however, in the unlikely event, there are any problems or concerns you can always call the Duty Manager.

Restaurants/Theatres
When meeting your Driver at a restaurant or the theatre it is recommended you specify where outside these areas you would prefer to meet. If it is not possible to meet at the entrance/exit to either of these destinations an alternative, as near as possible to these places would be suggested. You will at all times have been provided with your Driver’s mobile number, should it not be possible to meet at the designated area. The Duty Manager is always available should you need to call.

Sporting Event
If you have booked a return journey, your Driver will discuss pick up arrangements with you beforehand. If however you have booked a single journey only, the Driver will call you to arrange a specific pick up point.
Please be aware that some sporting events are very busy and thereby making it impossible for the Driver to get close to the arena or the event being held, in which case you may have to walk a short distance to meet your Driver. If this is difficult for you and you require special assistance, this can easily be arranged prior to pick up, with the Duty Manager.

Hotel
Your Driver will usually meet you at the Hotel Reception. The Driver may need to provide your room number to the Concierge and therefore it would be helpful if the Driver is notified of this beforehand. Sometimes parking is not possible immediately outside of the Hotel, in which case your Driver will call you when near the hotel to meet you as close as possible to the front Hotel entrance.

Office
Your Driver will make enquiries at the Main Reception to the building where the office is located. The Driver will require a contact number so that you can be informed of  his/her arrival. If in the unlikely event your Driver has not arrived and you have called the Driver’s mobile number, you can call the Duty Manager for assistance.

Please note:
When meeting your Driver at any of the above destination, if you do have any trouble finding your Driver, you can always call, in the first instance, the Driver, or if in the unlikely event you experience difficulties, the Duty Manager who will be able to help you.

THE DUTY MANAGER’S CONTACT NO: 01895 546241 (24 HOURS).
